By accessing or using the Barbara Lipscomb Coaching website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Barbara Lipscomb Coaching provides life coaching, ADHD coaching, and related support services. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment and does not substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling a coaching session constitutes an agreement to attend at the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. Exceptions may apply in situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Barbara Lipscomb Coaching and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Barbara Lipscomb Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Coaching results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
